Appointments

  • During your initial nutrition assessment, we’ll conduct a comprehensive review of your health and lifestyle, including dietary habits, blood results, medical history, medication and supplement use and physical activity. Based on your individual assessment, we’ll help identify personalised goals and develop strategies. You’ll receive practical, easy-to-implement recommendations along with tailored resources designed to support meaningful, outcomes.

  • Follow-up appointments provide an opportunity to review your progress, address any questions or concerns, and evaluate how well your current plan is supporting your health and nutrition goals. We’ll work together to identify any challenges, make practical adjustments as needed, and continue to build on your success with ongoing guidance and tailored support.

    $160*

  • Personalised package built around your Initial Nutrition Assessment, this program includes 4 consecutive review consultations tailored to achieving your personalised dietary goals.

*Rebates may be available through your Private Health Insurance or if you are eligible for a GP chronic condition management plan (GPCCMP). 
Cancellation Policy:  at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees. Changes made within 24–48 hours of your appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations, reschedules within 24 hours, or missed appointments will incur the full consultation fee.
